Individual therapy is your time.

It’s your time to process your feelings and to talk through your problems. You can vent about current life struggles or discuss any areas of your situation that make you unhappy.

Sometimes, you just need someone to listen to you, support you and validate your feelings. While you may have friends and family that you can rely on, their opinions and suggestions are not always entirely objective. Even when they’re trying to help, it is sometimes impossible for them to lend the unbiased perspective you need to effectively work through any problems you’re facing.

My role is to help you process your feelings and to find the best solution for you. I help by providing supportive individual treatment as an attentive, one-on-one audience. In this space, you are always number one and we talk about anything you wish.

Once I’ve developed a deep understanding of your situation, I then recommend a treatment plan designed to help you with deal your unique challenges.
