To make sure that we are a good fit, you will need to schedule an initial telephone consultation so that we can better understand the issues you are facing and how we can best help.

Getting the Ball Rolling

Once your intake consult is complete, we’ll send all the necessary intake documents straight to your client portal. And guess what? We’re all about going green, so it’s a paperless party, baby!

You can conveniently complete and e-sign all those important forms right there in your portal, saving you the hassle of printing, scanning, or mailing anything. Just a few clicks and signatures will set the wheels in motion for verifying your health care benefits. Plus, anytime you need them, your intake forms are just a quick hop away in your client portal. Easy-peasy, right? Let’s make this process a breeze for you!
Step Four

Process for Verifying Benefits

Our Billing Team will initiate the verification process of your health care benefits. We will provide you with an estimate of the amount due per session. However, please note that the exact amount cannot be determined until we bill your insurance company.

Within 3-5 business days, you can expect to receive an email containing the results of the benefits verification, which will include an estimate of your cost share for each session.
