Clients are unable to schedule their appointments online. Clients are able to email, text message or send their therapist a message through the secure chat box in Simple Practice

Viewing and Cancelling Your Appointments

Online Booking lets you view and cancel with your practitioner.
1. Access the client portal by visiting Client Portal
Click theI’m an Existing Client’ button. You can enter your email address and click ‘Email Me a Link’ to receive your instant sign-in link via email.
2. You’ll see a list of your upcoming requests and confirmed or denied appointments on the Appointments page of your client portal.
Click Cancel Session to cancel your appointment request.
You can also send a secure message, text message or an email to your therapist to cancel your appointment
Note: If you attempt to cancel too close to a session, you may be charged a late cancellation fee.

Confirming and Cancelling Your Appointments Via Text Message Reminder

NOTE: This feature is on available to clients who have subscribed to text message reminders.

If you would like to begin receiving text reminders, please reach out to your therapist via the secure message chat in the client portal. Your therapist will be able to enroll the text message reminder feature.
1. When you receive your text appointment reminder, you’ll see a message similar to this:
Tap the link in the message. The Appointment Details page will open in the default browser of your device.
To confirm your appointment, tap Yes, I’ll be there.
To confirm your appointment, tap Yes, I’ll be there.
You’ll then see a confirmation modal that says Your appointment is confirmed.
To submit the cancellation, enter a reason for cancelling and tap Yes, Cancel.
