-
2.
Submit Required Documents:
Provide your EAP and current insurance information, and complete intake forms promptly.
-
3.
Therapist Availability:
We will check with your preferred or assigned therapist at the practice to confirm if they have openings to accept EAP clients, as therapists have a cap on the number of EAP clients they can accommodate.

If your preferred therapist has a waitlist for EAP clients, you have two options:
-
Continue With Your Preferred Therapist
If your preferred therapist is unavailable, we’ll pair you with the next therapist accepting EAP clients.
-
Connect With an Available Therapist
If your preferred therapist is unavailable, we’ll pair you with the next therapist accepting EAP clients.
Your assigned therapist will continue working with you for continuity of care unless you request a new therapist due to a lack of connection.
When EAP Benefits Expire Next
Once your EAP benefits end, we’ll seamlessly transition your sessions to your commercial insurance for uninterrupted care.
