With over 15 years working in unique therapeutic settings, I have a wealth of experience working with individuals from diverse ethnic backgrounds, including people of color, and am committed to understanding and addressing specific needs and challenges.

Over the past four years, I’ve immersed myself in the realm of men and women’s issues, specializing in trauma, childhood trauma, and managing emotional stressors. Additionally, I’ve honed my expertise in couples therapy, assisting couples in overcoming a range of challenges, including issues like infidelity, communication struggles, and the delicate process of rebuilding trust and intimacy.
My commitment to couples therapy goes beyond just training—it’s about providing tangible benefits to those seeking help. With this training under my belt, I’m well-equipped to guide couples towards healthier, more harmonious relationships, offering them the expertise and tools needed to navigate challenges and foster lasting connections.
