Secure messaging lets you communicate directly with your clinician in a secure, HIPAA compliant way. You can view and respond to secure messages at any time in the Client Portal.

Sending a Secure Message

To send a secure message:

Note: You won’t see the chat bubble icon if secure messaging is turned off for the practice.
  • Enter your message in the text box

  • Press Enter or Return to send your message
  • Your clinician will be notified of your message
